Dear Bethany Members,
On Sunday, September 30 at 7 pm, the world-renowned African Children's Choir will be performing at Bethany Lutheran Church. This concert is sponsored in loving memory of Jody Leahy by her family.
We are in need of homes for one night, Sunday night, for the children and chaperones. These are children between 7 an 11 years old. If you could help us fill these spots, please respond to me at carrie.smith@bethanylc.com Please see below for our needs.

HOUSING FOR AFRICAN CHILDREN’S CHOIR
Sunday night, September 30th after the concert
Need to be dropped off at the church Monday at 10 a.m.
Need at least 2 homes with no animals—please specify if you have animals.
Must be “traditional homes”. A single person is fine, if a chaperone is with the group.
Can have 2 kids to a double bed or 3 in a queen size bed. They do not like to be alone in a room.
Chaperones must be in a separate room from the children.
Should be within 30 minutes of the church
Need a hotel room and a meal for the tour leader plus transportation to and from the hotel and a meal at the hotel or a restaurant nearby
