Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
This weekend holds two important opportunities for our church community!
On Saturday, November 10th from 10 am to noon, Bishop Gary Wollersheim of the Northern Illinois Synod will be here to greet you and answer questions. He'll bring us a message about the 25th anniversary of the Synod as well. Coffee and snacks will be provided in Luther Hall for this occasion.
Then, on Sunday, November 11th at 3 pm, Pastor Paul Cannon will be installed as our associate pastor. Pastor Jeff Clements, assistant to the bishop, will be preaching at this service. Other area clergy will be attending to lay on hands and welcome Paul into the synod.
